André has been active in the financial markets since 2008. His professional career includes experience at HSBC Private Bank, BTG Pactual, and Pequod Investimentos. He holds an MBA in Finance from IBMEC and a degree in Financial Management, with a focus on Controllership and Auditing, from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). André also holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS). He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Eduardo has experience as an Investment Analyst at Lotus Peak Capital in Singapore and has also worked in Project Finance at Crédit Agricole CIB in New York. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Regent’s University London.
Gustavo holds a degree in Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He has experience in Private Equity at Aqua Capital and in Mergers and Acquisitions at Advisia Investimentos. Gustavo also served as a Research Assistant at FGV Agro.
Leandro holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). He began his career in the financial markets in 2013 at M Square Investimentos Ltda., where he later became a partner and served as Operations Coordinator, with responsibilities spanning compliance, fund structuring, internal controls, risk management, AML, auditing, and systems implementation. Prior to joining Organon, Leandro worked at XP Inc. as Back Office Coordinator for proprietary funds, overseeing regulatory controls, fund mapping, process review, and supervision of operational activities.
Lucas holds a degree in Naval Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP). He joined Organon in January 2023.
Raphael began his career as an equity analyst at Fator Asset Management and later worked as an investment analyst covering public equities and private equity at Tarpon Investimentos. Prior to founding Organon Capital, he spent the period from 2011 to 2020 at BTG Pactual Asset Management, where he held the position of Associate Partner. He is licensed by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) as a portfolio manager (CVM Resolution No. 558) and holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-EAESP).
Walter began his career in the financial markets in 2017, working as an M&A analyst at Bateleur and later as an equity research analyst at Nebraska Capital. He completed the Value Investing in Technology program at Columbia Business School and graduated with honors in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS).
